With new bikes you will always receive a user manual. If you prefer to read the user manual digitally or you haven't received yours. The user manuals are all uploaded on the Van Raam website. You can find them on the product page of your bike under 'price/documentation'. This digital version is always the most up-to-date version of the user manual.
The first six numbers of your framenummer give away the date of the day, on which your bike's frame was powder coated in our factory. For example a bike with framenumber 210525XXXXXX, was powder coated on 25 May 2021. For bikes older than 2021 the sequence of the framenumber is slightly different, for example; 160820XXXXX is a bike powder coated on 16 August 2020. You can read more about your frame number and where to find it in the article 'The frame number on the special needs bikes from Van Raam'.
