Van Raam is committed to quality and provides a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty on its bicycles:
- 5-year warranty on the frame and front fork.
- 5-year warranty on the paintwork.
- 2-year warranty on parts and accessories (including the motor and battery).

In the USA and Canada, you have the option to register your Van Raam bicycle for extended warranty coverage. This provides additional protection and is subject to specific warranty terms for the USA. You can register your bike via an online form. Please check the warranty terms for the USA for more details.
