1. Why did Roll-on Mobilitycare become a Van Raam premium dealer?

"Roll-on Mobilitycare is a well-known name in the rehabilitation aids world. We specialise in the sale, maintenance, repair, and adaptation of new and used tricycles and adapted bicycles. Service and quality are our main priorities. We enjoy thinking along with the customer and do not shy away from a challenge. Besides a showroom full of demo models, we also have a large stock of used bikes and a warehouse full of parts. This allows us to act quickly if a bike needs repair.

We became a premium dealer because Van Raam has a very diverse and extensive range of bicycles. We want as many people as possible to enjoy their own freedom and mobility. With Van Raam bicycles, there is a suitable bike for almost everyone to achieve this."

2. How do you help customers looking for a Van Raam bike?

"You can drop by without an appointment or make one. We will then, over a cup of coffee, discuss your wishes and expectations, and what we can do for you. Together we will look at which bikes might be suitable and where your preference lies."

Take a test ride

"Of course, you can also take a test ride, under supervision. During the test ride, many options are available, such as foot fixation, lower leg fixation, balanced pedals, and various types of saddles, handles, and handlebars.

If you are still unsure or find cycling on the adapted bike difficult, one or more follow-up appointments will be scheduled to practice more, possibly under the guidance of an occupational therapist, and to fine-tune what you need."

The purchase and delivery process

"Once a decision has been made on which bike is most suitable, we will provide a quote that we will discuss with you. Any financing options, such as with the help of a personal care budget (PGB), will also be discussed. We will guide you in this. Once you have made a choice, we will order the bike. We also have some bikes in stock.

As soon as the bike arrives, we check and adjust it, and fit any options. You are welcome to come and try the bike again with us and possibly have further adjustments made. We will also discuss the possibilities of insuring the bike through us. Then we make an appointment to deliver the bike to your home. Upon delivery, the bike will be adjusted to fit if necessary, and you will receive the necessary instructions on the use and storage of the bike. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.

After delivery, we are of course always available for questions about use, maintenance, and repair. Any repairs or maintenance work will be carried out in our own workshop. We can also arrange transport of the bike for maintenance and repair."

3. How does Roll-on Mobilitycare assist customers who already own a Van Raam bike?

"If you already own a Van Raam bike, you can come to us for service, maintenance, and warranty. This is always done in consultation with you. We can pick up and return the bike from your home if desired. The work on the bike is carried out in our own workshop. You can also trade in a Van Raam bike with us."

4. What is your best customer experience with a Van Raam bike?

"We have had many wonderful experiences with customers who regained their freedom through a Van Raam bike. One of the most memorable moments for me was Elad, a 15-year-old boy from Israel. He visited us twice with his parents because purchasing an adapted bike for Elad was not possible in Israel. Elad bought a Van Raam Easy Rider, which we adapted to his needs. It was shipped to Israel, where Elad enjoys his adapted bike immensely!"

It is wonderful to see how happy people are, who, through these projects, have more social contacts, go outside, and stay active.

"We stand for service and quality and do not shy away from a challenge. If there is no ready-made solution for a customer, we will look for possible solutions together with the customer. We fully guide the process from getting to know a tricycle to the purchase. After the purchase, it doesn't stop for us; we offer the possibility to guide people at home with cycling and, of course, we are also ready when it comes to warranty, maintenance, or repair of the bike after purchase. We have a very extensive workshop and carry out all repairs and maintenance work in our own workshop. Customers never have to miss their bike unnecessarily long."
