The City walking aid is suitable for people who have a difficulty walking or have problems while standing for longer periods of time. A wheelchair is not yet necessary and a walker is not preferred. On the City, the body weight is carried by the saddle of the walking aid which relieves the hips, knees and ankles.

Walking takes much less effort allowing you to cover longer distances. In addition, the walking aid is foldable and lightweight so you can easily take it with you in the car, bus, train or even airplane. The walking aid City is very maneuverable due to its compact size and two small sturdy wheels. The Van Raam walking aid has a very low step through, it is not necessary to lift your leg very high before sitting down.

Although the City is no longer available, you can still order retrofittable accessories through your dealer. Various accessories are available, such as a basket on front for easy carrying and keeping your belongings in view. Most regular bike saddles can be mounted on the walking aid, so you can decide which saddle is most suitable for you.
