The Hoge Veluwe National Park offers free Van Raam bikes for people with disabilities to enjoy the beautiful park.

Mrs. Van Lieshout is 63 years old and experiences difficulty walking and difficulty with balance. Because cycling on a regular bicycle was becoming more and more difficult to her, she purchased one of Van Raam’s electric tricycles: the Easy Rider 2. We received the following message about her first experience with the Easy Rider tricycle. She wanted her positive experience to be shared with potential Easy Rider users.

Since April 2017, you can order the completely renewed Opair wheelchair bike from Van Raam at our dealers.

Here you will find older versions of user manuals before 2024 for all vanRaam bikes.

More and more Van Raam bikes leave our factory with electrical assistance/ pedal support (e-bike). The electric pedal support increases the reach of the cyclist enormously. With wind or a hilly area the driver can easily cover large distances.

In one of our previous articles we announced that Van Raam will move to a different location. Van Raam succeeded in finding a new location in Varsseveld. We have found a lot of over 2.5 hectares at the Hofskamp.

Maja and Ben from the Scouters test team tested our Fun2Go 1 side by side bike. Scouters is an independent Dutch organization who provides information and advice about innovative tools for and by people who want to move better, their carers and professionals. Het Nationaal Keurmerk Hulpmiddelen (NKH) (Dutch National Hallmark for assistive devices) ran a story contest between users of assistive devices in the fall of 2016. The objective was to have them share their stories with people who could possibly benefit from the use of such a tool or device.
