Changing support modes in the Van Raam e-bike app

Van Raam
You can not only adjust the assistance on your bike as a dealer. Read in this article how you can adjust your pedal support yourself via the Van Raam E-Bike app.
Why do I want to adjust settings in the app?
A Van Raam bike always comes with a specific support mode tailored to the bike. For example, the Easy Rider comes with an Eco mode, and the Easy Go with a Comfort mode. There are five (5) of these support modes in your e-bike app. You can change them depending on your needs and whether you require more or less support. You can use the following support modes on your Van Raam bike.
Eco
Eco+
Comfortable
Extra Power
Power
In addition to the 5 support modes (Eco, Eco+, Comfortable, Power, and Extra Power), you can also use 3 support levels. Using your display and button module, you can switch between 3 levels of electric pedal support. These levels contain one of the 5 support modes mentioned above.
For example, if you choose the Eco support mode, levels 1, 2, and 3 on the display will follow the Eco support mode. These levels are slightly less powerful compared to when you choose the Power support mode, where levels 1, 2, and 3 are set to Power. The support modes not only affect the levels but also the starting aid. The starting aid is stronger in the Power support mode than in the Eco support mode.
Step by step: How do I adjust the support modes in the app?
Step 1: Make sure you are connected to your bike and are near your Van Raam e-bike.
Step 2: In the home screen, click on your bike, then click on the "Modes" button.
Step 3: In this screen, you can select the desired support mode. The active mode is outlined in green and marked with a checkmark. After selecting another mode, the upload to the display (and your bike) will begin. You can monitor the progress.
Step 4: Close the notification once the upload is completed.
