2. How do you help customers looking for a Van Raam bike?
“It is best to make an appointment in advance for a consultation. The first test ride then takes place in a spacious parking area and under the constant guidance of our advisors. If necessary, we can replace pedals or install foot fixation. For more complex adjustments, it is advisable to announce this in advance.”
Process from test ride to purchase
“After the consultation and an extensive test ride, we discuss the individual offer with the customer. This mainly involves aligning the customer's needs with practical experience to choose the right model, including any additional options. If everything is satisfactory for the customer, the bike is ordered. Upon delivery, the bike is thoroughly explained and perfectly adjusted to the customer. Now, nothing stands in the way of cycling pleasure!”

“Our store is located in Erbach, just outside Ulm. You can easily reach us by car or train. By car, it's best to take the Bundesstraße 30 or 311 and park for free right in front of our store. If arriving by train, our store is also close to the station. The Donauradweg runs through Erbach and can also be used to reach us.”
