Customer experience Easy Go mobility scooter bike - Mr Van Gorkum

Mr Van Gorkum is not allowed to drive due to epilepsy. Since December 2024, he has had an Easy Go mobility scooter bike and now has transport to move around his town. In this customer experience, Mr Van Gorkum shares more about his experience.
Cycling with epilepsy
"I am Mr Van Gorkum, 87 years old, and I live independently in Heiloo, the Netherlands. Due to the onset of epilepsy, I am no longer allowed to drive. This led me to purchase an adapted bike: the Easy Go mobility scooter bike. Previously, I cycled on a two-wheeled bike."
My Easy Go mobility scooter bike
"I have had my Van Raam mobility scooter bike for about 7 weeks now, since December 2024, and I am very satisfied with it. I paid for the bike myself, and it is equipped with some handy options such as armrests, a higher connection for the charger, an extra lock, and a basket. I mainly use the Easy Go as transport within the town. Twice a week, I cycle a few kilometres. In better weather, this will probably increase!
The pedal assistance is a big plus and makes cycling much easier. So far, I have not experienced any problems with the bike. I bought the Easy Go mobility scooter bike through De Zorgshop in Heiloo. I received sufficient explanation about the bike and received my bike after about 4 or 5 weeks.
I am satisfied with the service and the Easy Go mobility scooter bike; I rate it between 8 and 9!"
