Research shows that many people do a Google search for an electric bicycle for disabled people. Van Raam produces special needs bicycles for people with a disability or a limitation. We see ourselves more as manufacturers of bicycles for people who have problems with a "normal" bike. We have several bicycles for disabled people and people with a problem when cycling. For this purpose we produce special two-wheelers, tricycles, children's tricycles, adult tricycles, tandems, duo bikes, wheelchair bikes and wheelchair transport bikes.
As a manufacturer of special needs bikes, we aim to offer sustainable and contemporary mobility to as many people as possible. We do this for people with disabilities, but also for people who no longer dare to ride a traditional two-wheeler because they are afraid of falling or suffer from balance problems.
We produce high quality Dutch special needs bikes for adults and children. To prove that we suffice different quality requirements we are ISO 9001:2015 certified. ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management.
