Dreirad-Zentrum dealer weekend at Van Raam
Several locations of the Dreirad-Zentrum visited us for a dealer weekend on January 27 and 28, 2023. They came here for workshops and a tour of the bicycle factory, among other things.

Dreirad-Zentrum is part of E-motion, a large German retailer of e-bikes with 65 branches in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Among other things, they sell Van Raam's adapted bicycles.

Friday, January 27, the dealers of E-motion Dreirad-Zentrum arrived around noon at Van Raam in Varsseveld. In total there were 82 dealers present from 39 different branches They were welcomed with a nice lunch. After lunch, marketing manager Marnix Kwant gave a presentation about Van Raam. The presentation ended with a tour of the Van Raam bicycle factory. At the end of the afternoon, dealers were updated on new bicycles coming to market this year and the European Medical Device Regulations (MDR) through two presentations.
In the evening there was time for relaxation during a bowling competition and dinner. The bowling was won by Thomas Müller from Dreirad-Zentrum Tuttlingen. He was allowed to take home the challenge cup.

The wheel hall was also visited during the tour.
During a presentation, dealers were updated on new bikes from Van Raam.
In the evening, there was fanatical bowling.
Workshops
On Saturday the dealers attended 2 workshops. They had the choice of the workshops; marketing, webshop, sales (about options and accessories) and electro system + dealer portal. During the workshops they got several tips and tricks about the chosen topic. We want the Van Raam bicycle users to get the best advice and service from our dealers, therefore we take the workshops and presentations during the dealer weekend very seriously. We also listen to the wishes and tips of our dealers, to further develop our products. At the end of the workshops, all participants received a certificate.
After the dealers attended the workshops, it was time for lunch. Following lunch there was time to try out various Van Raam bicycles on the test track. The dealers were also given the opportunity to try out different options on the bikes, for example bikes with a stationary crank.
After an instructive afternoon at Van Raam, the dealers went together with colleagues from Van Raam to De Tapperij in Hengelo to play laser gaming, pool and darts. The day ended with a delicious dinner at Van der Valk in Hengelo. On Sunday, Jan. 29, everyone had breakfast on their own before returning home.

At the end of the day, there was room for relaxation in the form of pool, darts and laser gaming.
