Cerebral Palsy Kids and Families Adapted Bike Shop

Cerebral Palsy (CP) Kids and Families held our first Adapted Bike Clinic in 1999, and it quickly became the flagship program for our agency. The Adapted Bike Program has helped us build community awareness and cultivate partnerships with businesses and other non-profit agencies throughout Calgary and Alberta, while continually improving the lives of our members living with physical disabilities. We have become experts in the field of adaptive cycling and have had the privilege of providing more than 1400 children (and counting!) with the opportunity to experience the joy of riding an adapted bike.
In 2022 we established our Adapted Bike Shop, a social enterprise that has the goal of delivering a source of sustainable funding for the valuable programs and services our agency provides. CP Kids and Families’ Adapted Bike Shop offers countless opportunities for engaging with our community while forging bonds with our families. We provide bike tune-ups, repairs, modifications, training, custom builds, sales of adapted bikes and more! We are excited to offer Van Raam Adaptive Cycles for sale through our Adapted Bike Shop.
