Options
For each Van Raam bicycle there are a lot of options available to configure the bike to your own specifications. Besides the basic options Van Raam also provides custom modifications.
The options available for your bike are classified per type bike. You can find these options in the pricelist of the bike of your choice. The price list of the Van Raam bicycles shows the costs of the accessories and which are available for that specific bicycle.
Special handles
In addition to the standard handlebar, Van Raam also has an uninterrupted handlebar. This handlebar is suitable for people who have difficulty holding the (standard) handlebar.
Support bar
For the Chat rickshaw bike, you can order a support bar. The support bar provides extra security for the passengers of the rickshaw bike during cycling.
Backrest support
The backrest support provides extra support when sitting on a Van Raam bicycle. It doesn't come with a belt; this can be ordered separately. The option is adjustable in height and depth.
Direction indicator
You can add direction indicators (blinkers) to many Van Raam bicycles, enhancing visibility and safety, especially if signaling with your hand is difficult or when riding in low-light conditions.
Gear lever
When you cannot change gears by hand to a higher or lower gear, for example when you have less strength in your hands, it is possible to place a gear lever on the gear handle.
Mountain gears
The mountain gear option can be used when cycling in a hilly or mountainous area. Here, you need a lighter gear ratio, with which you cover less distance per rotation. This makes cycling easier.
Adjustable seat
With the 'adjustable seat width' option, the seat width becomes between 23.5 and 33.5 cm thanks to the two side supports, which also serve as armrests at the same time.
Special saddle
Van Raam offers a variety of different saddles for your Van Raam special needs bicycle. Discover which saddle suits you and your Van Raam bicycle best here.
Flat Puch saddle
The flat Puch saddle is a thick model saddle. The saddle has a raised backside, so that you can sit stably on the saddle. It offers enhanced suspension and greater comfort for your ride.
Comfort seat XL
Looking for more comfort while cycling? The comfort seat XL offers a comfortable seating position thanks to the long and wide seat and the support in the back.
Recumbent bicycle tub
The recumbent bicycle tub is an option especially for the Easy Sport recumbent trike. With this special recumbent tub, you have a more reclining position.
Extra battery pack
An extra battery pack is a valuable addition for cyclists seeking to extend their range on a Van Raam bike, making it particularly advantageous for longer rides.
